Manufacturer warrants that all Conrad heater products and assemblies are free from defects in materials and workmanship and agrees to repair or replace, as the manufacturer may elect, said product or assembly found, upon inspection by the manufacturer, to be defective in materials or workmanship within six (6) months from the date of shipment to the purchaser. Conrad Limited Warranty This warranty is expressly in lieu of any other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and expressly excludes any liability for damages, loss of production, or costs incidental to the removal or installation of heater products or assemblies or costs involved in shipping same to or from manufacturer’s plant. |
