Heated Lines - Conrad Heated Emission Lines are the perfect addition to your emissions testing laboratory. With over 30 years of manufacturing experience, our factory built heated lines are custom made to your exact specifications, thus eliminating the typical errors in temperature-resulting in a more accurate measurement of your specific components.
Our field recoreable model facilitates the changing of the Teflon inner core, which greatly improves the overall life expectancy of the heated line. Should the line kink, perforate, or degrade through prolonged testing, a five minute changeover period is all that is necessary to completely replace the inner core. No special tools and no mess involved. This time saving method directly translates into a cost-effective solution for your organization. Units can be equipped with an auto-reset over temperature thermostat to provide safety an to prevent unintentional damage from excessively high temperatures.
Standard voltages are 110 and 220 VAC, however the lines can be manufactured in any voltage from 12 VDC to 600 VAC. The lines can be ordered in any length from 1 foot to 150 feet long, therefore insuring a custom and proper fit into your particular environment and test cell laboratory.
Heated Filters
Conrad Heated Emission Filters only compliment your emissions testing laboratory.
The hardened outer cover insures that your filter assembly is able to
withstand the everyday stresses and damaging effects a modern and busy
emissions chamber can bring about.
In case the filter has been damaged, the filter can be disassembled and
the heater element replaced in a matter of minutes.
Models can be ordered to include a thermoswitch which can protect the filter in case of overtemperature.
